Hi Craig! How have you been?
Hello! Very humbled to have the chance to speak with you guys.
I’ve been great thank you! I just back from a snowboarding holiday in, a couple of bashes and bumps but other than that life is good!
Tell us, what do you like to do in your free time?
My free time will typically involve music either in the studio or at raves/festivals, or party time with friends/ family or being greedy/ lazy on the couch with movies.
I work on a 4 weekly rotation offshore so when I get home, I like to just do whatever I want. Especially if I have missed out on some good times.
Got any interesting fun facts about yourself, you’d like to share with us?
I currently work on an oil and gas platform off the coast of Israel.
I share the last name of the ‘Mother of Techno Music’ – Daphne Oram… no idea if I am related in any way but thought that was quite cool.
I was born with 3 holes in my heart and 1 kidney and died during the corrective surgery. But I’m here now!
What are some of your top destinations to go for vacation?
For years it was Cape Town, South Africa. The views, food and wine are just unbelievable. And the festivals are amazing.
But as I said above, I’ve just got back from Val Thorens with my friends and it is for sure up there in the favourites, it was unreal.
Can you describe your perfect weekend from start to finish?
Hmm, there are plenty of perfect weekends… I think I may have just had it in France…
However, usually, it will involve a festival or music event with the ones closest to me. The night before we will always have a pre-party at my Boyo Mitch’s house in the borders, it’s like a wee club. Then go off and go bananas at a festival then come back and get a mental munch and chill out with a movie.
Do you live your life by a motto or practice any beliefs?
Tunes and laughter is all we’re after…
It’s nice to be nice and manners cost F**k All.
Do you have any pets?
No pets for now unfortunately but eventually would love a dog even though I’m allergic to their saliva I have recently found out.
What are your top 3 favourite movies?
Great question… I have many, and it depends on how much partying I’ve been doing.
Forrest Gump is one of my favourites for sure.
I do also like the good Marvel films like Infinity Wars/End Game/Guardians – I love sci-fi/adventure and action stuff.
When I am rough, I’m not afraid to say Lego Batman always hits the spot – or any kinda colourful animation film.
Side note***
Guilty Pleasure is a bit of Anime, cannot live without David Attenborough, also really looking forward to seeing Dune 2…
Are you into sports? Is there a team that you support?
I grew up competing in tennis and golf (managed to get my handicap down to 2). But I’m too busy partying and making music these days to get time to play anymore, I should really get back into them for some exercise.
Thankfully, I’m not overly fussed about football, but it is good to watch.
If you had to choose 3 people to bring to a deserted island, who would that be and why?
Hmmm, I’ve never been asked this before…
Dumbledore, for some wisdom and so he can just magic up anything we needed.
Ironman, just to see what he could invent to try to save us.
And Zendaya, just because…
That’d be some party!
