#Music to dance and dream: meet Brazilian duo HOO

The South of Brazil seems to have magic when it comes to electronic music — well, perhaps what explains so many talents coming from there is the presence of big clubs, like the famous Warung Beach Club, responsible for influencing the project we’ll talk about today, known as HOO.

Formed by blood brothers Otávio and Vitor Muller, HOO is a balanced mix of the sound references of each of them, resulting in a very classy sound around Organic House and Deep House, flirting with melodious and multicultural sounds in an ethereal and percussive way.

“Our sound identity was built by paradisiacal places, good times and a light and fun feeling, which is why we oriented ourselves more towards organic house, as it is a style that has organic elements, striking vocals and that makes the public truly connects to the sound”

This already well established identity at the beginning of their career took them to important stages such as Warung Beach Club itself, on several occasions, Surreal Park and Club Vibe, participation in the showcases of labels such as Keinemusik and All Day I Dream, and warm ups for some of the biggest artists in the world, such as Guy Gerber, Black Coffee and Joris Voorn.

This talent is also slowly translating into excellent studio work. The first samples arrived earlier this year, starting with the Whispers EP, via Nordic Voyage Recordings. In April, they released the single “Foggy Carnival” by the renowned RADIANT, with a remix by Sabb, and now they present another important creation, the track “You Make Me”, in collaboration with Foletto, signed by 43 Degrees and which received a great remix by Kamilo Sanclemente.

The EP is a perfect reflection of what the duo values in their musical journey: spreading good vibes through tracks and performances that touch the soul and send shivers down the spine, where the organic essence merges naturally with synths and dreamy progressions.

Listen and follow this duo.
